Living working or settling abroad

The Emigration Fair is the best way to find the right company to deal with.

At Emigration Fair 2011 you’ll find everything you need to know about establishing your life in another country. If you’re an entrepreneur interested in setting up your own business abroad, or you’ve just been transferred here or to another country, or you’d like to emigrate from the Netherlands, Belgium or Germany or you’re a student who would like to study abroad, Emigrate 2011 will take you through the entire process from start to finish.

In 2009, more than 120,000 Dutch citizens will move abroad – a number that is expected to increase exponentially over the next decade. Emigration Fair 2011 meets this increasing demand for information about emigration. Representatives from all over the world and over 60 related services will be on hand to help you with your decisions.

Probing the unknown

What are the possibilities within the EU, for example, for working, living or studying? How does one find a job in Canada, Scandinavia or the United States? What are the relevant tax, work permit and residency laws in Australia or New Zealand? How does one deal with practical concerns such as insurance, mortgages and banking in a foreign country? And, of prime importance, how does one find a place to live ‘over there’… or here?

For country-specific information, jobs, financial advice, housing options and assistance, procedures regarding emigration and immigration, and reams of professional advice from over 170 industry and government representatives ready to assist you on more topics than you realized were pertinent – it’s all here at Emigrate 2011.
