Europe’s largest

With more than 12,000 visitors the Emigration Expo is Europe’s largest event for emigrants, expats, job seekers, entrepreneurs and anyone else looking to live abroad. The Emigration Expo is about information, orientation and doing business in 3 event halls with an area of 12,000 m² and mote than 200 stands and free lectures and presentations. The Emigration Expo is a must for everyone who wishes to do business with emigrants, entrepreneurs and students.

Saturday 6 April 2024 – 10.00-17.00

Construction time

Uniform stand build (fitting-out):Friday 5 April from 12.00 to 21.00.

Dismantling time

Sunday 7 April: From 17.00 to 21.00.
Monday 8 April: From 08.00 to 15.00.

Presentation costs

More than 130 presentations will be given during the fair by the exhibitors in 9 rooms about living, working, studying or running a business abroad. The presentation rooms are equipped with 100 seats, lectern, sound installation, overhead projector/beamer, laptop and projection screen.

Cost 2024-edtion: € 325,- (per 50 minutes)

Sponsoring

As a sponsor at the Emigration Expo, you can come into contact with interested visitors who wish to move abroad permanently or temporarily. You can bring your company, country or region to life by working with us to help realise your company targets (providing information, collecting data, direct sales, generating leads etc.). Your ticket is valued for both days. So for visiting the Expo on Saturday as well as on Sunday you only need one ticket per person. Don't forget to ask for a Sunday voucher when you leave the Expo on Saturday.

Public transport

Take the fast tram or the Connexxion bus from Centraal Station Utrecht to Station Houten. The special Emigration Expo Shuttle Service will take you from station Houten directly to Expo Houten.

Shuttle Service

Between 8:30 and 17:30 free busses leave every 20 minutes from Train Station Houten to the Expo Center Houten. You can recognize the busses by the Emigration Expo logo. At the Train Station Houten follow the signs/exit ‘De Molen’.
