About us:
Region KRonobergs primary care consists of 21 publicly run care centres. Our mission is to create good conditions for our patients – residents in Kronoberg county should receive the right actions and treatment with the best possible competence at the right time and at the right level of care.

We work in interprofessional teams consisting of district nurses, medical secretaries, assistant nurses, specialists in general medicine, intern and resident doctors, psychosocial resources, rehab coordinators, occupational therapists and physiotherapists. Together we tend to our around 200.000 residents in Kronobergs County

Responsibilities:
As a district nurse you will work with a health promotive and disease preventive perspective, but also with acute symptoms. We offer work with a wide range of patients of all ages and life situations and with a wide variety of diagnoses.

Among other things, you will get to work with health center reception, assessment reception and telephone advice. We work in teams and have team rounds several days a week and apply the work with fixed doctor contact/fixed care contact. The possibility of working remotely for a certain part of the time can be discussed if there is a desire.
As a district nurse in primary care, you also contribute with your skills at our emergency medical center. We are happy to tell you more about this assignment.

Qualifications:
We are looking for you who are a licensed district nurse, preferably with a few years of experience in primary care.
You are structured and enjoy working independently, while at the same time have a good ability to cooperate with your colleagues in the interprofessional team. You are also a solution oriented person and contribute to a good working climate at the workplace.
Previous experience of working with diabetes is meritorious, but we attach great importance to personal suitability.
