About us:
Region Kronobergs primary care consists of 21 publicly run care centres. Our mission is to create good conditions for our patients – residents in Kronoberg county receives the right actions and treatment with the best possible competence at the right time and at the right level of care.

We are now looking for specialist doctors in general medicine who want to be part of shaping the future of close care together with us. The health centers are now making a greater effort to recruit doctors to strengthen our teams with specialist doctors who are passionate about the health center work and its patients. As a specialist doctor with us, we offer you varied and stimulating work in a workplace with a good atmosphere, good team spirit, where we help each other with the patient at the center. We have a positive attitude to new ideas and ways of working where you will be an important part.

We work based on the goal of 1,100 listed patients per doctor and aim to create good continuity and availability for our patients and a good working environment for our employees. But the continuity of primary care cannot rest on just one person - teamwork is therefore central to us and all professional categories in the team share a common responsibility to ensure that the patient is well cared for. Here, the team comes before the self and we work to create the conditions for the team at the care center to be there for the patient.

We want to create the conditions for you to be able to focus on what you do best - being a specialist in general medicine and doing good for your patients. We work according to correctly used competence (Rätt Använd Kompetens - RAK) where we investigate which tasks can be done by other professional groups. Among other things, this has resulted in medical secretaries booking and calling and keeping the medical processes together. We also have assistant nurse's offices and nurse's offices whose task, among other things, is to follow up the patients.

Right now, we are focusing, among other things, on developing clinical tracks for the large patient groups and working to develop new working methods to be able to take care of the patients who need us the most. We also have ongoing work to list patients on fixed doctor contact to further improve continuity.

In addition to usual work as a specialist in general medicine, you will:
• Be a driving force in developing and building the healthcare center of the future.
• Get an important role in developing and integrating preventive and health-promoting efforts in care.
• Supervise training doctors, AT doctors and ST doctors.

Qualifications:
We are looking for you who is a specialist in general medicine, family doctor or general practitioner.
As a person, you are prestigeless, clear in your communication and have a good ability to structure and prioritize. You are team-oriented, solution-focused and of course have a genuine interest in primary care. We value your ability to meet different people based on their needs. We attach great importance to personal suitability.
