We are looking for nurses, radiographers and midwives who would like to start their journey with us in Region Östergötland.

In Östergötland we have three hospitals; Linköping University Hospital, Vrinnevi Hospital in Norrköping and Motala Hospital. All three hospitals provides specialized care.

We are currently looking for nurses in the following areas:

• General nurses (preferably with a few years of experience)
• Operating room nurses
• Operating room nurses with experience in Thoracic and vascular surgery
• Radiology nurses / Radiographers
• Nurses with specialization or experience in Cardiology
• Nurses with specialization or experience in Renal medicine
• Nurses with specialization or experience in Infectious diseases
• Midwives

Region Östergötland offers a workplace where research and development is an obvious part of our business. With us, you work in close collaboration in teams with other professions. We supervise students, younger colleagues and other occupational groups.

Requirements:
• Registered as a nurse, radiographer or midwife within the EU/EEA citizenship
• English language proficiency at CEFR level B2
• Basic computer skills
• Merits for work experience within the medical area

You are able to work in a team with colleagues of all professions and enjoy collaborating with team members to support the development and growth of the service. Terms of employment
Before moving to Sweden you need to reach a certain level in the Swedish language and have your medical training recognized by the Swedish National Board of Health and Welfare https://legitimation.socialstyrelsen.se/en/licence-application/.
Your employment will start with a clinical trial and introduction period, combined with further language studies. If the trial period will be proved satisfactory and you demonstrate required skills recognized by the County Council of Östergötland, it will automatically turn into a permanent employment.
All contracts follow local and national collective agreements. Salary are set individually depending on your qualification and experience.

You will receive continuous information and support from the International Office in Region Östergötland, regarding relocation, establishment and language education.
