We are now looking for professionals into a field of several roles in Truck and Bus Radial Tire design, development, manufacturing and quality processes.

Black Donuts Engineering is looking for new people to fit into several roles relating the TBR tire processes. People/engineers with experience in TBR tire design, tire manufacturing, tire curing process and manufacturing process quality are desired, but any experience in TBR tire processes is considered an advantage in these positions.

About the roles
In these roles, you will have a genuine opportunity to utilize your expertise in
design/industrialization/quality/curing process, and thus contribute to the development and production of TBR tires in projects for our global customers. Below, you can find information about required skills linked to each role.

The role concerning TBR TIRE DESIGN:
• Know-how of tire design requirements on EMEA market regions
• Designing tire constructions and mould contours for new TBR products and sizes, create cured tire layout and mould contour drawings
• Hands-on experience on design work with CAD
• Familiar with TBR tire manufacturing process
• Know-how and understanding of tire simulation tools and possibilities
• Developing new solutions and innovations to improve tire performance

The role concerning TBR TIRE INDUSTRIALIZATION:
• Know-how of TBR tire industrialization
• Designing tire recipes for TBR tires, based on created cured tire layout and mould contour drawings
• Hands-on experience on tire industrialization
• Familiar with TBR tire manufacturing process
• Know-how and understanding of component manufacturing and tire building
• Developing new solutions and innovations to improve tire construction

The role concerning TBR TIRE QUALITY:
• Know-how of TBR tire manufacturing process
• Understanding tire constructions and mould contours of TBR products and sizes
• Hands-on experience on manufacturing quality of TBR tires
• Familiar with TBR tire manufacturing machine types and different processes
• Know-how and understanding of quality tools and standards
• Developing new solutions and innovations to improve tire quality

The role concerning TBR TIRE CURING PROCESSES:
• Know-how of TBR tire curing process
• Making TBR tire curing recipes based on available curing process and tire specification
• Hands-on experience on tire curing process and optimizing the curing cycle
• Familiar with TBR tire manufacturing process
• Know-how and understanding of different curing processes
• Developing new solutions and innovations to improve curing process

In each position, we expect you to have:
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equal
• Hands-on experience of the role
• Readiness to travel and to work with international customers
• Experience of working in international environment is considered an advantage
• Experience on other TBR manufacturing or design roles is an advantage

Required skill sets in each position:
• Analytical and motivated to solve problems
• Fluent and excellent communications in English
• Team player
• Interested in developing and quality
• Strong interpersonal skills
